Title: Do not fear failure but rather fear not trying
Review: THE TITLE-The title itself gives us a hint of the spirituality which is being portrayed in the plot. The title tries to murmur as if I don’t know where I’m going on this path. I don’t know what I’m doing with my life. You had to be lost, before you could be found. These are the truths. You had to be confused, before you could find clarity; you had to suffer, before you could find peace. These were the only ways, life could happen. Of course you were confused before you found clarity. If you weren’t confused, then you would already be clear. Of course you were lost before you were found. If you were already found, then you wouldn’t be lost. Of course there would be suffering before peace. If there was already peace, then there wouldn’t be suffering. One necessarily came before the other.I really loved the title of the plot since it demonstrates that the deepest secret is that life is not a process of discovery, but a process of creation. You are not discovering yourself, but creating yourself anew. Seek therefore, not to find out Who You Are, but seek to determine Who You Want to BeREVIEW OF THE BOOK-The author has very beautifully narrated the experiences which highlight the fact that Life is an experimental journey undertaken involuntarily. It is a journey of the spirit through the material world and, since it is the spirit that travels, it is the spirit that is experienced. That is why there exist contemplative souls who have lived more intensely, more widely, more tumultuously than others who have lived their lives purely externally. He also seeks the ultimate victory and by giving numerous instances he has proved to be brilliant.Imagine that the universe is a great spinning engine. You want to stay near the core of the thing – right in the hub of the wheel – not out at the edges where all the wild whirling takes place, where you can get frayed and crazy. The hub of calmness – that’s your heart. That’s where God lives within you. So stop looking for answers in the world. Just keep coming back to that centre and you’ll always find peace. The author has very beautifully linked hopelessness, despair, sorry with love, hope and struggle. We all go through hard times in life. It’s a part of being alive and it’s the reality we all have to deal with. There are times we forget our value as a person because we are so blinded with these thoughts of loneliness, emptiness and ego. Somewhere along the road we become numbed with all the frustrations and dissatisfaction. But life itself isn’t always about darkness and sadness, Life is also filled with colors and that makes it beautiful. Along this path of darkness there’s always light waiting to be seen by our daunted hearts. Our heart is gifted to see this light. It may be hiding behind those circumstances that we encounter; in a stranger we just met at an unexpected place; a family who has been always there but you just ignored because of your imperfect relationship with them; it might be a long time friend you have or a friend you just met. Open your heart and you will see how blessed you are to have them all in your life. Sometimes they are the light that shines your path in some dark phases of life. Don’t lose hope. The author focuses n the word hope to point out the fact as written on the blurb that “The book hopes to save people from making that false step and even if one does commit that mistake, the book offers hope that it is not the end of the world; one can always get to the Light”. Part of the problem with the word ‘disabilities’ is that it immediately suggests an inability to see or hear or walk or do other things that many of us take for granted. But what of people who can’t feel? Or talk about their feelings? Or manage their feelings in constructive ways? What of people who aren’t able to form close and strong relationships? And people who cannot find fulfillment in their lives, or those who have lost hope, who live in disappointment and bitterness and find in life no joy, no love? These, it seems to me, are the real disabilities.The complete plot gives us an idea of living better. Why do you want to shut out of your life any uneasiness, any misery, any depression, since after all you don’t know what work these conditions are doing inside you? Why do you want to persecute yourself with the question of where all this is coming from and where it is going? Since you know, after all, that you are in the midst of transitions and you wished for nothing so much as to change. If there is anything unhealthy in your reactions, just bear in mind that sickness is the means by which an organism frees itself from what is alien; so one must simply help it to be sick, to have its whole sickness and to break out with it, since that is the way it gets better.I have come to accept the feeling of not knowing where I am going. And I have trained myself to love it. Because it is only when we are suspended in mid-air with no landing in sight, that we force our wings to unravel and alas begin our flight. And as we fly, we still may not know where we are going to. But the miracle is in the unfolding of the wings. Title: The message is very simple.
Review: This is a good book for spiritual beginners but this is not the book I was looking for.I expected some sort of exploration to be unknown is going to happen but nothing like it.Not that i am heart broken but thanks for sharing your experiences of the path to the God

Review: Reminiscences of a Seeker by Kapil Kumar Bhaskar is a true account of the author himself. The story follows the protagonist Kapil, in his journey to see and know the Ultimate Divine, with the help of his True Master, enlightening and showing him the way.Kapil has always been a sensitive person, spiritually. When he was young, he usually fell ill whenever he came in contact with spirit energy. As he grew up, his interest in spirituality grew and he yearned for a Master to guide him. His search leads him to a Tantric master, after the latter rescues him from a spirit hell bent on taking him with it. Therefore, he decides to make the Tantric his Master and initiates the process. Over a period of time, his association with the Tantric helps him grow, spiritually and he finds himself capable of a lot of Siddhis. As he progresses, he gets to know his Master more, his tactics and his true colors. But as a faithful disciple, he shuts his ears and closes his eyes to all the stuff which will make him go against his Master. But fate has other plans, he soon finds himself in the company of an Aghori, who helps him get rid of his previous Master, who was harming him in all possible ways when Kapil no longer wanted to be with him.This leads to the second Master Kapil had, the Aghori. No better than the last, this Aghori hoodwinked Kapil into doing his bidding, tied him with himself by the means of his powers and made him do and see things that he never wanted. Though he learnt, but his heart was never truly devoted. And when he couldn’t take it any longer, he turned to his God, to help him out. It is then that he was set free, which relieved him, but both his previous Masters never left him, they always tried to create problems for him. He tries to keep them at bay, with the help of his own powers, when one day a Guru arrives at his place, and tells him that he is his True Master.The author here has penned a personal account, giving the readers a peek into his spiritual journey. With first person narration and simple language, he uses precise points and doesn’t drag. Frankly, when I started reading this book, I wanted to withdraw, but I didn’t because I had to review it, and by the time I was 20% into it, I was intrigued. The author’s anecdotes with his Tantric and Aghori masters, and also the high level spiritual and mystic happenings in his life, kept me hooked, and to say that, I am not into non-fiction. I probably am not the right person to review such a book, since I can definitely say that am an absolute zero in my awakening level after having read it. But I have still tried, and hope have done it right.The story is formed via a collection of incidences and events that have happened in the life of the protagonist, which one way or the other has affected his spiritual life. These incidences sometimes happened with the lead himself, or with someone he knew, either way, he was the center of it. The use of secondary characters in this way was a little confusing for me, for I forgot who was who if they appeared again at a later stage in the story. When the central character is a strong one, it usually tends to overshadow all the others, even if some of them are prominent enough on their own. But since this story is about the seeker himself, I think there is no harm done. The plot is littered with Divine interventions as well as the negative forces. One thing that I couldn’t find an answer to in the story, is that why did the author wanted to embark on a journey to attain the highest level of enlightenment? Why such strong will to have a Master and learn from him to seek Him? Is it because he wanted to be famous? Or because his life felt incomplete even after he had everything? But I can only guess. I don’t know how much of what I read is true or even if it can happen or not, but I know there are energies in this world, which takes an awakened being to understand. The description of the practices of the Tantric and The Aghori are brutal, one thinks if such people even have the right to exist! The showcase of the dark side seems honest, and now if I come to think about it, probable. The acceptance by the lead that he did make mistakes, and was guilty of doing things that he shouldn’t have thought about in the first place, is brave. After all, to err is human.

Review: It would be easy to dismiss the information in this book as something that logically cannot exist.However, what I have also learnt over the years is that there are many powers that do exist that we cannot fully explain.The book makes compelling reading. If you have an interest in the subject then this well written book should give you great food for thought. An extremely well written book that will leave you wanting more

Review: Got attracted to to this title while casually browsing internet.It’s more like biography of a seeker who’s attracted to different realms. Finds true master after realizing dangers, problems and emptiness in low grade practices . This book gives a glimpse to life style and practices of tantriks , and helps seeker to be aware of selfish low level gurus.
