Title: Good product, professional installation
Review: The AC looks great. Working fine. Cooling is good. Features are many and remote will take time to get used to since this is my first LG product. I installed Daikin in another room. Main difference is the installation. Daikin is great product too but their installation technicians tried to fleece me. But the LG technician was polite and did his work diligently. Overall a good experience.

Title: Excellent Performance. Excellent Build quality.
Review: I have reviewed and researched many brands. Finally found LG as the best.My genuine review after purchasing 2 units and being used for more than month:I have performed real time research on various brands. Considering the ownership reviews collected from my relative and friends, concluding LG as the best.1 ton and 1.5 ton capacity ACs of all other brands available at a very low price than LG. But here comes the differentiation comparing all brands with LG:Build Quality: Excellent build quality of indoor and outdoor units.Power Savings: Electricity bill of Lg 1 ton AC after running 10 hrs a day for 30 days is just 900/- (Run on 60-80% efficiency)Cooling Performance: A room of 10×10 with medium sunlight exposure can easily be cooled within 15 minutes when run on 25°C. After 15 mins you need to wear blankets to sustain from chills 😄Airthrow: All LG ACs have 4 way swing feature, which is not available in many other brands. At fan speed F5, air throw is excellent. Covers top to bottom, left to right.***ONLY DISADVANTAGE is Swing blades does cover the area exactly under the indoor Unit. We need to sleep at least 3 ft away from indoor unit to get feel the cooling and fan air.****Last but not least- After Sales Service:LG known for the professional after sales service, when other brands doesn’t meet LG in service. LG technicians are more professional than others.*Major cons:1. Remote doesn’t have radium or LED buttons- during night you need switch on torch to operate the remote.2. Swing blades doesn’t cover are under AC3. Sounds around 32 decibles – bit high.Pros:1. 4 way swing2. Extra gold fin coating protects from corrosion.3. Sleep and Timer features. You can turn on timer and sleep without any disturbance to turn off the AC during mid night.4. Auto clean feature.Conclusion: don’t tempt to buy cheap brands which offers at a very low price. After one year you need to spend 3x more amount on repairs. Invest one time on the right brand and stay happy for ever.As per my research, ALL OTHER BRANDS fail in below aspecta:1. Provide good service2. Low cooling performance.3. Worst build quality4. Very less life of the product.Don’t waste your hard earned money on looting brands.

Review: After Using 1 month of LG 1 ton 4 Star ⭐ ac giving this reviewPros:-Good Quality, power saving, colling within 5 mins for 120 sqft flat, easy filter cleaning from Top in Indore unit, Excellent services with feedback procedureCons:-1. 1 ton 4 star ac in 35k pricing is costly deal, installation charges 3200 extra ( for stand + 10 MTR water pipe + service charges)2. No backlight in remote so using experience is pathetic in night3. Installation done after 3 days which is not expected

Title: Beware before you purchase
Review: I am a loyal LG Customer and never faced any problem with their product. Their customer service has also been excellent throughout all these years. But this is the first time that I have faced an issue of manufacturing defect with LG AC. The AC was installed by the rookie technicians who did not check any leakage in the AC, perhaps assuming the brand reputation. Later, when I switched on the AC, it did not give any cooling. When I contacted customer care, the technicians visited and they checked that the gas had leaked. They checked the indoor and outdoor unit and even filled it with nitrogen gas to check for leakage. But as there was no leakage, they put new gas went away. Later, again the gas got leaked in three days. After that, today, again after raising the complaint, a specialist technician came and he saw that the cooling coil of the AC was damaged and the gas was leaking from that part. Earlier, all the technicians kept blaming our internal pipes at home for the leaks.This technician told me that these 2023 models are reporting this issue of cooling coil leakages since the last two months. Fortunately, the product is under warranty and it would be replaced free of cost, otherwise since LG has started outsourcing the manufacturing of their products to local manufacturers, there are problems in the products.In case you have also purchased any of the 2023 models, irrespective of features and weight, and you face a similar issue, tell the technician to check the cooling coil because these models are reporting this problem. I had to write this in review so that any buyer who is facing this issue would know the real issue behind the leakage.UPDATE – LG recommended replacement of the product due to multiple leakages and Amazon turned it into a nightmare for me. It is not giving me the complete installation charges and even telling me that it can pay a small share of it only as an Amazon Pay GiftCard. Please do not buy any electronic product from Amazon because they will make it a nightmare for you. Buy from the local dealer. I have complained against Amazon to the National Consumer Helpline (INGRAMS). If you are also a victim of Amazon’s thuggery, then you can complaint and pursue the matter forward.
