Title: Overall a good product.
Review: Our room is around 130 sq ft.Room cools within roughly 10mins. Almost nil noise. I got it for a price of 26729 by opting for No cost EMI via amazon ICICI CC.What I liked?1- Great installation from Voltas. Installation guys reached me by 3-4 days of the delivery2- Almost zero noise heard .3- The first free service also was done without any hassle.What I did not like.:- It takes quite a lot of time for initialization approx. 2 mins after which the actual cooling starts.- There is a light indicator of circle shaped, which never turns off. This is quite annoying as it does not turn it to OFF even if we switch OFF the lamp in the remote.- The remote has no backlight. Quite a tedious task to find the temperature value during the night.Other points.- Installed stabilizer for an amount of 2k- The installation cost was around ~1700

Title: Don’t buy voltas product , worst product and service
Review: I bought this Ac on April 17 2024and on May 11 2024( less than a month)it’s stopped working, showing error E6.1st technician came and said external unit pcb has problem neeed to replace – the replacement pcb came on 26 may (after 14 days ) but problem not solved2nd technician came and said internal unit pcb has problem and they ask to wait for another 15 day to get the internal unit PCBToday is 28th may i am still waiting..In between 3rd technician came saying issue might be in the wires connected between internal and external unit , he connected external wire to check this ,but didn’t work .Overall summery – technician do not have skill to troubleshoot they just do hit and trailStorng recommendation – never buy voltas ac

Review: Technically its a better Machine but Doesn’t justify the Pricing.Service Team Sent to Install the A/C not only over Charged For Stand which cost just 350/400 was Charged at 950/- & was not mentioned at the time of Purchase but Also Charged GST without giving the Invoice

Title: Worst product ever purchased on amazon
Review: I purchased this AC on April 2nd. Customer service is disastrously poor.1. Installation was cancelled twice and was finally installed end of April. Almost 20 days to install the product2. AC stopped functioning within one week. No cooling. Upon tireless efforts to contact the customer service, technician arrived after 10 more days and made some fixes.3. AC stopped functioning second time in the next week. Again have to contact the unreachable customer care this time technician suggested for a replacement and he stopped picking up my calls anymore.4. Now to claim my warranty emailed voltas on 16th may and they do not seem to be bothered until now.5. I bought llyod, samsung acs before they all were in perfectly good shape. Voltas dissappointed me completely. I still did not get my replacement. Have to constantly get involved with amazon customer care as the company had no intention to reply.
