Review: I have purchased 1.5 tone Voltas Elite model in April2023 ,it has cooling issue .Today is 8th August but till now my problem is not solved .Every time customer care was saying sir you are on priority our technician will visit within 24 hr, everyday i was calling and they were giving same commitment everyday .Finally they came after 2 month and took my Ac to their service center for repair .Till now it was not repaired .so today i called them and abused ,now they are ready to replace

Review: Received defected product. I faced lot of harassment. Still no result..even amazon is not providing any solution.. their website & support team is zero…about voltas this was not expected.. their is false business in air conditioner business…
