Title: Voltas 2 Ton AC device is good
Review: Voltas 2 Ton AC device is good but at the time of opening the package, copper pipe and power cable were missed in the package. Service provider charge for it from me at the time of installation. I informed to Amazon customer care centre and customer centre asked me service charge bill and job card of installation. I had email it to Amazon, but still refund not received by me. Please release it ASAP

Title: Do not buy from Amazon ever
Review: The product (Voltas 2 Ton AC) is good, but never ever buy from Amazon. They assign a service provider (claimed to be expert and verified) for installation. However the service provider damaged the AC and stopped working within 2 days. I keep calling amazon team and they never helped. I spend hours and hours to explain the issue and after 20 – 30 minutes call, they always disconnect the call (whenever I asked for written mail for solution). Amazon arranges couple of times service (from the same service provider), however they denied to visit again. I contacted the Voltas brand service provider and they also denied as this work was done by Amazon third party. 100 of calls to Amazon, their service providers (SPARK SERVICES) and nothing worked. My genuine advice, do not make such purchases Amazon. Visit the nearby retail outlet and purchase If anything happen, at least you can visit them and explain your issue. Now a days, Amazon customer care is pathetic and very very unprofessional. I spend more than 60000 and now regretting for my decision.
