Title: Bad service to waranty
Review: Title: Extremely Disappointed with Voltas AC and Poor Service**I purchased a Voltas AC from Amazon, and within just 4 days of use, it stopped working. I promptly registered a complaint with Voltas, and they assured me that the necessary part would arrive and the AC would be fixed within 4-5 days. It has now been 12 days, and there has been no progress or communication from Voltas regarding the repair.This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. Not only am I left without a functioning AC in the summer heat, but the lack of timely service and response from Voltas is unacceptable. I expected much better from a reputed brand like Voltas.I am highly disappointed with both the product and the service. I hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision.
