Title: WORST PRODUCT, PATHETIC SERVICE
Review: I purchased this AC in March, 2023 and have repeatedly faced cooling and gas leak issues. The service center people are not at all co-operating. In April they sent a technician who was adamant that the cooling is fine. After much pusuation he agreed that it was not cooling and said that installation was faulty and gas was leaking. He filled up the gas and assured that it will be ok. Again in May, AC stopped cooling. Same complaint booking, technician visit and gas leak fixed. 3rd time in August AC has stopped cooling. Again I complained. More than 15 days have gone, nothing has been done. Firstly the service center does not send technician so easily. You have to make numerous calls. They also cancel the request on their own or tell you to provide cancellation OTP giving assurance that service will be done. They took the OTP and didn’t bother to send anyone later. I kept calling and after much pestering they sent a person. He came and did some procedure to check gas leak saying next day it will be clear from where gas was leaking. Didn’t come next day. As usual, I kept calling. After 4 days he came, said he couldn’t find where the leak was and told some parts need to be changed and I need to make a fresh service request. I have done as he said, but again 2 days have passed and there is no response. Written to vcare@voltas.com, no response from there also. I am tired of all this. I want refund of my money. Seems like buying Voltas AC that too from Amazon was my biggest mistake. I have bought it online that is why a faulty product has been given. Had I bought it from a nearby store, I wouldn’t have to face so many problems. Return period is over and now there is no liability of seller. BEWARE CUSTOMERS!!

Review: am writing to express my disappointment with the performance of my Voltas 1.5 Ton 5 Star, Inverter Split AC(Copper, 4-in-1Adjustable Mode, Anti-dust Filter, 2023 Model, 185V (Vectra Elegant,White) | B0BQR2T346 ( B0BQR2T346 ).Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, the AC continues to malfunction, leaving me dissatisfied.1. Cooling Inefficiency: The AC fails to cool the room adequately, even when set at the lowest temperature. It struggles to maintain a comfortable environment, especially during peak summer hours.2. Frequent Breakdowns: Over the past few months, the AC has broken down twice. Each time, I had to endure discomfort until a technician arrived for repairs. One time AC remote faile technician said it can’t be covered under warranty, so I purchased it on my own. Water leakage there is water leakage when running even at temperature of 24 clueless. water leakage arrested when technician arrives.3. Slow Customer Service: I have contacted your customer service helpline multiple times, but the response has been slow and ineffective. The promised resolution timelines were not met, causing further inconvenience. till now no resolution and no technician approached. As a loyal Voltas customer, I expected better performance and prompt service. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.

Review: Cooling Efficiency : PerfectNoise Level : LowValue for money : Satisfied.Technicians who visited for the installation, was not efficient enough to represent a brand like Voltas. Very poor knowledge about product. Were not ready to provide GST Bill against installation charges. When I disagree to pay full bill amount, then they sent the soft copy. Were not actual Voltas engineers, 3rd part people were visited for the installation.
