Title: Must Read book on Vipasana by Prathibha and Vineet
Review: It’s engrossing and intense, and it also makes you take a pause and reflect. I’m surprised by such a vivid sense of memory of authors. The kind of details they presented are exceptional, it was as if you are in the vipasana centre! This book again reinforced my thought of going for the 10-day vipasana session. Must read

Review: In this book Vipassana- My Experiences , author effectively combined his narration with the stories of successful professionals such as Dr. Kiran Bedi, Madam Anu Aga, and Dr. Radhakrishnan Pillai All of them have a different story and approach as a potent examples of what Vipassana has done in their life and in the lives many others – starting from prisoners in Tihar jail to personal bereavement and dealing with it, to corporate revival. The constant documentation by the authors of their experience through the poems, full of description of the nature and bird adds humor to the whole read. Combined with clear guidelines and specific coaching experiences, supported by her own and other women’s testimony and basic observations about human behavior and relationships, the book is not only useful but also quite entertaining to read. The book titled “Vipassana – My Experiences” is unique and the author’s efforts in explaining the Vipassana not only in its concept but in actual practice deserves commendation. It is an ideal book for anyone who would wish to learn this ancient technique since it acts as both a reference and a companion. Due to the witty and rather positive outlook on the matter which, however, does not downgrade its seriousness at all, and due to the stories told by its authors, one can simply recommend the book to anyone interested in meditation, including those who are sort of already a veteran in this field.
