Review: “The Spiritual Indian Corporate” is a real eye-opener! It dives into bringing spirituality into the workplace, especially in India where the corporate culture is booming. With the constant changes and instability in the business world, this book suggests introducing corporate spirituality into the workplace. The employees also tend to suffer from anxiety disorders and emotional burnout due to the feeling of redundancy. Therefore author suggests workplace spirituality in Indian organisations is essentially required.The author has done his research and it shows in the book his extensive knowledge on the topic. However, it would have been better if done in a more practical manner and with simple language.I would recommend this book for nonfiction readers who want to learn more about spirituality in the workplace.
