Title: Great book on practical insights to becoming a happier person
Review: Itâs a simple book, full with practical methods to lead a happier and satisfying life. It talks about being compassionate, honest, free from greed, anger and jealousy to lead a happy life. Though not exactly spiritual in nature, it has aspects from psychiatry and psychology to support the methods described by Dalai Lama who is an embodiment of his teachings and a great master of Buddhist teachings.

Title: Must Read for all ages and religions
Review: I loved the way Dalai Lama could narrate concepts of life which were universal to all human beings globally irrespective of the caste, creed or religion they belonged to. This book gave me the insight to view my social, family and professional relationships at a different level. I am already seeing changes in me and the way I interacted with the world around me. Love is the universal language which connects us all.

Insgesamt kann ich The Art of Happiness: A Handbook for Living wärmstens empfehlen.

Review: I had higher expectations of this book and found it less of a revelation than I had expected. I did read a lot already on happiness, and maybe for someone who has not it could be more interesting. I do feel the Dalai Lama is a great example in the world and we can all learn from him.
