However, the entire procedure has been excessively long and time-consuming, leaving me extremely frustrated with the level of service provided.Unfortunately, after a few weeks of usage, the bulb malfunctioned, and I immediately contacted your customer care helpline to seek guidance on resolving the issue.To my dismay, the process of availing after-sales services turned out to be an arduous and inefficient experience.Additionally, I urge to review your after-sales service procedures and make the necessary improvements to prevent other customers from facing similar issues in the future.Replacing a bulb taken from local market is absolutely hassel free , as they replace the defective product in seconds if it is in warranty period.
