Title: Broken TV Display – Horrible Experience with Sony Bravia Purchase on Amazon!
Review: I bought a Sony Bravia 3 TV on 26th September 2024, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating.1. Price Discrepancy for Prime Members: As a Prime customer, I paid ₹1,000 more than the price listed during the regular sale, which felt unfair.2. Manufacturing Defect: During open box delivery, the TV appeared fine, but when the Sony technician installed it, we discovered the screen was broken from the inside—a manufacturing defect. This was a major disappointment after spending so much money.3. Complicated Return Process: Despite the product page promising a replacement, I was told it could only be returned. The return process was unnecessarily difficult, and after multiple issues, my refund is expected by 10th October.Overall, this experience has been frustrating and has left me with a significant trust deficit. I won’t be making large purchases from Amazon again.

Title: AMAZING AMAZON AND SONY INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN KIRUBAKARAN
Review: Though was septical of ordering a 65 inch Sony Bravia S3 TV; The delivery experience was pleasant and as per tracking reached 3 hrs after out for delivery information. The packing was intact and the delivery boys had opened the carton and gave me the inspection as per protocol. Within 2 hrs sony installation technician Kirubakaran was there. He had the warmth and patience to deal with the customer and ensured the wall mounted installation was done with the existing bracket. The picture clarity was awesome. After he left observed there was sound issues when i connected to settub box which could not be resolved. Mr. Kirubakaran had once again visited late at night and checked the connectors and cable (infact he bought a new cable to testing) and observed that the issue pertains to set up box and not the Television device. Overall a blissful experience.
