Title: Laptop delivered but with a swollen battery
Review: The laptop was delivered on time. The issue I had was that the battery was swollen. This should have been identified and fixed during the refurbishing check by the seller. Additionally in the keyboard layout the Y and Z keys were interchanged.The laptop itself is stable and serves its purpose. It cannot be upgraded to windows11 because of a processor incompatibility.The only issue I had was with the seller giving a laptop with a swollen battery which I replaced from an authorised dealer. The swollen battery can be risk to a user, so that’s why I have given a rating of 1 for this purchase.

Title: All good but for battery backup.
Review: Purchased two of these laptops for office use. Had to return both the laptops because of battery issues. There was same problem with both the laptops, the battery would drain from 100% to 5% within 15 minutes. Received replacement of both the laptops, but the battery problem is still there although not as bad as the previous ones. This time the battery works fine for almost 2 hours (using ms office) but the battery percentage drops abruptly from around 50% to 5% and then shuts off.I guess people should be ready to face battery issues with renewed laptops as these laptops are almost/atleast 5 years old and batteries degrade over time. Unless the seller puts in new batteries before selling these off, there will definitely be batteries backup issues of some kind.However, i didn’t face any other issues with the laptop other then that mentioned. Laptop works smoothly, swiftly and expectedly.

Title: Laptop Crashed
Review: I had Purchased two laptops in Oct 22, Sometime last year one harddrive crashed and in 2024 another harddrive crashed, not able to reinstall since don’t have the licence key for the operating systems 🙁

Title: Laptop is value for money
Review: Great product received.Received as per specs, No performance lag, at first use battery and charging acted abnormal it charged 0 to 100 in 5 mins then 100 to 0 in 15 mins. Calibrated the battery now i am getting 2-3 hours of battery life with normal internet and app usage. During windows update i noticed it gets a little heated up but gets normal after the update and reboot. Screen quality is great 1080p. Stereo speakers are loud and clear, all usb and display ports are working. I need to figure out how we can make use of that sim slot on this device WWAN card does show up in the BIOS settings. At 23.5k pricing with such specs I find it a steal deal on Amazon

Title: Very bad product
Review: Not working since purchased and when requested return and refund. It was not picked up on the given date. And i was charged with late fees in Amazon pay later. Very bad service. Got irritated due to phone calls for payment where as i had requested for product return and refund

Title: Good for casual use. Extended warranty will not be available from manufacturer so beware.
Review: Update after one year : Started seeing issues probably motherboard issues.Need to get it checked.Purchased this for casual use, browsing, running virtual machines and occassional video editing purpose. Mostly used as a media laptop hence not very concerned about break down. You cannot extend warranty from Dell as they will respond saying item is end of life. So keep that in mind.
