Title: Nice Laptop
Review: Complete value for money package! I am writing this review after using it for two weeks.Received a good laptop, awesome working and performance 5 rated and battery backup is more than 2.00 hours of full use..sound is little slow but quality of sound is awesome and the most vital part is 8gb Ram & 500 gb sdd, excellent laptop installed with windows 11 pro and MS office 2019 and running smoothly.*DISPLAY – Decent 720p panel, black levels are good, brightness is almost sufficient for use in daylight.*PERFORMANCE – i5 7th gen processor is very good & smooth performance for my usage.*BATTERY – Could have been better, I usually get 1.5-2 hours backup when charged at 100% whilee watching movies at 720p.*STRICTLY NOT FOR GAMING*Heats up a little bit in day-to-day tasks but not an issue.*Speakers & it’s sound good but not great!*Camera is decent but not great.*Touch pad and keyboard works fine*Best for study and office use.*Normal gaming is also possible.*No problem in coding.*Classy look & Display is great.To buy this laptop hopefully because it’s simply amazing specs on this price range. Amazing and Worthy product and also having 6 months support services from the seller, I loved this it’s enough in this price range.

Title: All good except keyboard
Review: The laptop was very clean and was like new. It was decent in terms of performance. Battery lasted about 1 to 2 hrs depending on usage. But lapto had keyboard replaced and the new keyboard they put is not good. Has a clicky feeling and keys don’t get pressed sometimes.

Review: I recieved this laptop in a very good packaging.. Thanks to seller and amazon for safe and fast delivery. The laptop looks like a brand new.. its hard to judge that its renewed. Also performance is top notch. Windows loading very smooth and all the buttons are working good.. battery life is also very good..using it from last 3 months and no complaints. Title: Overall Good Product
Review: Overall, I’m quite satisfied with this laptop. After using it for over a week, I purchased it from the NewJaisa dealer and have identified some pros and cons worth mentioning.**Positives:**1. I ran a hard disk check, and there were no issues.2. RAM check also showed no problems.3. The battery report indicates a 60% battery life, but in practical use, it lasts for about 3 hours.After 6 months the battery is dead. Not even 30 min.4. I primarily use it for programming in languages like Python and SQL, and it performs smoothly.5. The laptop is equipped with an i5 processor, 8 GB of RAM, and a 500 GB SSD, making it quite fast.6. Despite being a used laptop, the one I received looks almost brand new.7. The screen offers good picture quality.8. It comes with a genuine Windows 11 and Office 2019 pre-installed.**Negative Aspects:**1. Upon receiving the laptop, I found an app called “NewJaisa” installed on it, which prompted me to provide feedback. If you respond positively, it offers a one-year subscription to McAfee antivirus. However, the registration process was faulty, causing the app to freeze and crash repeatedly.2. Contacting NewJaisa customer care was a challenge as their phone line played a message saying, “Call during working hours from Mon to Sat, 7-7,” even when I called on a Monday morning at 10 AM.3. I sent an email to their customer care email address, but there was no response. Eventually, I had to contact Amazon customer support, explaining the issue multiple times.4. After much effort, Amazon was able to coordinate with NewJaisa, and I finally managed to communicate with their team.5. When I spoke to a NewJaisa executive, they asked me to post a review on Amazon before providing me with the antivirus download link.6. Even after posting the review, it took two days for them to acknowledge it and send me the link.7. I noticed a small dot on the laptop screen, indicating a screen defect, after using it for some time.8. While the keyboard is smooth, you can tell that it has been used.Since this is a used laptop, some imperfections are to be expected. However, considering the overall value, I believe it’s a worthwhile purchase.

Title: Worth every Paisa. Amazing Supplier I must mention.
Review: Amazing business people. They know how to keep their customers happy. And the product I ordered was just awesome. Plus point is that I received the product Dell Latitude 5480, with some extra features. Like Touch Screen, Backlit Keyboard and Finger Login Sensor. Really great guys. I will prefer their products in future also, and recommend others too. My name is Rahul Chetry, and I ordered it in Uttarakhand all the way from Mumbai via Amazon.Touch Screen is awesome.Performance is awesome.Keyboard and Touch Pad awesome.Exhaust Fans well working.Battery backup Awesome.Only 2-3 symbolic keypads were something else, not as per the print. Because of the laptop being from other country (Maybe Russia or Europe). But still Fantastic.Body condition is New.I mean what more do you need.Expert IT Solution House is doing their best. Love it.I’ll write a review after 6 months of usage again.

Title: Defective product and no support from Amazon
Review: Keyboard wasn’t working and filed a complaint which took an hour. Amazon assigned technical assistant and he couldn’t fix it. Now I don’t see any option to get refund and it shows return or refund valid through 18th June. God knows how much more time do I need to spend on this product!!!! Amazon’s return/refund policy on such product isn’t customer oriented.
