Title: This vendor wasting time in sending unchecked laptops
Review: Laptop we got is a faulty one. This vendor ans Amazon least bother to check basic things. Laptop keyboard keys are not working and Amazon states we check too before we send. I requested for refund and now Amazon is playing with me. Initiated refund and here started drama. They cancelled the pickup with no reason mentioned. I am still on call as I write like 30min + still costomer care says they are not seeing refund instead they will replace. So drama started again. Wanted to place a new laptop order theses guys wasting my time.
