Review: My Experience:I purchased this laptop on 25th Jan 2023 and received the same on 1st Feb 23. Amazon delivery was great, Packaging was good and I received genuine Dell charger too.After its delivery in just couple of minutes I started the laptop …..and to my surprise the display was totally FAILUER, please check the photos which I have attached. I got a shock of my life. But here comes the Amazon to my help, I straight away called AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE and ask for return and refund. and AMAZON as per their professional service, they took back this faulty piece and refunded my entire amount in just 3 working days….Thanks Amazon.But friends be cautious …my friendly advice to you all …whom so ever wanted to buy this laptop by looking its mouthwatering config……-> once you receive this item Open it right away and thorough check each and every function of it…else you will be in trouble…Thanks Amazon for your professional Support and service

Title: Day one review – Satisfied with the laptop
Review: I was slightly sceptical on the renewed laptop, but I was very satisfied on the first day when the laptop was delivered.Specifications are very good – 16 gb ram, i5 5th gen processor, 256 GB SSD, etc.Cost was reasonable for all the specs above.Amazon delivery was prompt.Laptop comes with charger and that’s all is needed. All the necessary ports – usb 3.0, sd card reader etc comes with this. It comes with pre-installed windows 10 and office suite which is great.Will post more details after using it for sometime.Go for it if you are a programmer or someone who will do limited gaming.Review after 2 weeks usage:Laptop is doing very well.I liked the fact that for an economical pricing this laptop has 16 gb ram, Intel i5 processor, 240 gb ssd and usual laptop features.

Review: Do not buy….once you buy it there if no turning back whether you like it or not….you will not get any refund…pic are nor the real images of what will be delivered and once delivered then there is no option you have to keep it….they are focused only on software side but physically these laptops are not likeable.. so spend some extra money and buy a new one

Title: Totally worth the money
Review: I was initially hesitant to buy a used laptop online. Once i received the laptop, I was impressed right from the packaging to how clean the laptop was. The OS had been formatted and list of actions taken were documented along with a pic of the person who did it to show the camera was working. Totally satisfied with the purchase and will recommend or come back again for another purchase.

Title: Think twice before purchasing
Review: First I received a damaged product which Mouse was not working and screen resolution was HD instead of FHD, body was also covered with black sticker to hide dents & scratches then I contacted Amazon to replace that product, now I received a product as per description but this time camera is damaged but I’m managing with it as other parts are working fine as of now & I don’t have use of the camera. Worst customer service I ever seen. Seller is Fraud.
