Title: Product quality and comfort
Review: Physical product is very nice feel. Chains are of good quality and very easy for kids to handle. Never tested this bag for rain and durability. But it feels reliable while carrying exam pad, 3 books (I know I am underutilized it’s weight carrying capacity).It is also very firm and comfortable to carry by kid (my kid is of 3’5″ height, this bag is little big for her but not so akward to carry). I will recommend it for kids till 2nd std.To manufacturer …> I like the fabric and it’s colour, you should focus on more Indian cartoon wallpapers on backside.

Title: Zip puller is too weak
