Title: Good value for money laptop
Review: Got this with exchange offer from Amazon.I am a non-gaming, heavy user.I have 10 stock market charts running, trading terminals, multiple browsers with atleast 50 tabs running daily continuously from 9 am to 11pm.I am perfectly fine with the performance.Boot up is real quick and there is no lag anywhere in performance.Sound is decent.Display is good. Im not able to figure out only one thing – the F6 toggle usually is used for cutting off display, but here it goes to monitor extension & there seems to be no screen off switch. To work around it I have the screen off thro windows after 2 mins.Battery-I charge between 25% to 80% using a Battery Notification app. It takes 47 mins to charge and lasts for anything between 3hrs45mins to 4hrs30mins depending on usage. So we can say battery lasts approximately 4hrs on 60% charge.Size and weight – thin and light.Im happy with this laptop and feel its a good laptop to consider compared to costlier options at this price range of similar specs from other brands.This review is done after 1 month of continuous work related usage.

Review: After purchase the new Redmi laptop 3 month some keys not working & also call service centre, but they didn’t responded & we have also visit service centre,they didn’t resolve the issue . In Amazon also didn’t not support . I advice didn’t purchased the product from Amazon.

Title: Not powerful enough for gaming but good for normal using.
Review: The specs should be good enough to run most AAA titles in 60fps mid graphics but the laptop is not tweaked well to last long playing these games and starts struggling after an hour or two. After a year of use the keyboard has also given up.

Title: Laptop Charger Replacement not available due to non-standard PIN connector
Review: Great Product for a Budget Laptop. Absolutely no complains. However, after 1 Year when the Laptop Charger went bad, it is not available at any Laptop Service Center or online. Finally reached the MI Service Center and the replacement was Rs 5000 as it had to be ordered. The Laptop Connecter PIN cannot be found in any Laptop Store as it is MI Propriety just like SONY has its own connectors for all SONY Devices. This is a big negative part on behalf of the Laptop Repair and you have to shell out Rs 5000 every year to replace the Laptop Charger. If this was known to me then I would have purchased the alternate Asus or Lenovo which does not have this monopoly issue!

Title: Overall great product, heavier, possibly fragile at bottom case (grill).
Review: Earlier I had hp 14q laptop where I faced lots of issues with the laptop body which was made from cheap plastic. Redmi laptop is a great product for daily use having sturdy overall build. However it is bit heavier and we need to hold bottom case carefully at grill part. Overall a good product from Redmi. Also, genuine delivery. Shout out for delivery partner. Thank you Amazon for Truly Zero EMI option.
