Title: WORST PHONE DON’T BUY
Review: This is the worst ever phone I have bought. This phone does not charge, even after 5 hours there is increase of only 2%. Phone hangs frequently. Customer support is pathetic . the worst ever experienced. They don’t replace or return and no body talks to you including Amazon people. They ask you to download some apps which do not help. They are making fool of customers. Never expected this from Xiomi or from Amazon.

Title: Redmi note 13 5G have serious charging issue
Review: A lot of people are facing serious charging issue. The product does not charge after connecting charger. It stay at what ever percentage it was plugged on. And even after disconnecting the cable it still says charging but it does not charge. At first it shows that it is charging in turbo mode but the battery percentage stays the same. I received this product yesterday only and after some use when I wanted to charge it. I discovered this issue. So, please don’t buy this product. It’s very likely you will received damaged product.Thanks.
