Review: I ordered the product almost one month ago. The delivery was fast, just 1.5 days. The first delivery I recieved was a damaged product. The replacment was fast though. Just in one day.Battery life : pretty decent for the price, 2 hour charging, and I charge it once in 5 6 days.Build quality : cheap plastic. Product doesn’t look anything like in picture in real. One heavy fall and it will break. (Handle with care)Sound quality : bass quality is below average. For a 20 watt speaker bass sounds like a 5w speaker. But sound is pretty loud(neighbours stared complaining lol 😂). No cracking voice at high volumes. Trebels are not good. Vocals are ok and sometimes nice (hit or miss).Call quality: *never works*. Not a deal breaker for me as I use it to listen to music only. Automatically disconnects upon taking call. So I couldn’t test mic quality.Bluetooth Connectivity: good decent range(8m in open ). But sometimes range reduces if there are too much walls in between.Overall final verdict: 20watt speaker for price 599 sounds good. But don’t expect a great sound quality other than loudness. Rest everything in sound like trebels, mid, bass are a hit or miss. For the price is a good deal due to less competition for 20 watt speakers

Title: Worst Product ever
Review: Don’t buy products from ptron….This product stop working after 1 month use. And for warranty claim we have to spend money to send the product to the address mentioned by them. And after warranty claim I got a new product which is damaged one and not working. So I tried to call their customer care. Every executive said that they will find a solution within 2 days. Everytime when I called them that was the reply. At last they said that return policy is not acceptable for warranty claimed product after 10 days. The 10 days passed because of the non mature reply from the customer executives and then they say that return policy is not accepted after 10 days . Worst experience ever…So plz don’t ever purchase products from p tron…
