Review: Output of the AC in terms of cooling is perfect.But they should work on noise reduction. I have 4 Ac”s in my house and this is the loudest .I would have given 5 star for the product but it looses one star due to loud noise

Title: Pathetic after sales service | Poor quality product | Manufacturing Defect
Review: Recently purchased this AC. I made the mistake of trusting the brand Panasonic.Within 1 month of usage, the noise level increased. The technician had to repair the brand new AC because the cooling pipes were not fitted properly.Then again within next 1 month, the gas of compressor leaked due to another manufacturing defect. Even one of the technician mentioned that the material quality in panasonic ACs are degrading.My worst experience is with after sales service. The call center staff is clueless. The service center staff is liar and arrogant. They kept my repair request open for 4 days. It took my 20+ angry calls upto the regional level manager to get the new AC repaired. For the 4 days, the service centre staff kept lying that the staff is on the way and will reach to my home within 2 hours, when in fact there was nobody. My issue got sorted after 4 days only after multiple escalations and personally finding the contact details of senior managers of the company.I sincerely hope nobody needs their after sales service.

Title: Complaint against amazon
Review: Everything was fine, but amazon had charged additional 500 for uninstallation. Amazon mentioned only disconnect AC, was not mentioned anywhere remove ac from window. This adhoc charge was not part of the order. This amount was asked by driver who said Amazon has asked to collect the money. That was unfair, this should have been mentioned in the order itself, why adhoc amount is charged separately by driver
