Title: A balanced and practical phone
Review: Appreciate the brightness of the display and it’s resolution. Battery life is amazing, there are days when needs charging only after 48 days Sound quality both from ear piece and speaker mode is brilliant. Haptic feedback of the phone is very neatly integrated and quite satisfying. Camera output can be rated from good to average. Overall buiild quality with metal frame s very sturdy and despite some heft feels comfortable to hold. Performance is blazing fast. The only con experienced after 2 weeks usage is some minimilistic software glitches which hopefully should get resolved by OnePlus by updates.

Title: Great purchase. From 7T to 12R
Review: Upgraded to this from 7t. After a long search i found a perfect phone with a good camera, best processor, and definitely a massive battery( lasts upto 2 days). Everything works perfectly…the speakers are great, the haptic response is great.Forgot about the display… it’s very bright clear and colorful and vibrant.

Title: DON’T BUY
Review: This is what happened with me…I am asking all of you don’t buy phones on Amazon.I bought this one plus 12R which is a defective piece.All the apps keep crashing and touch is not working.I have called Amazon customer care and they said they can’t help at all.. Basically It’s customer headache to get it fixed by going to a service centre and we don’t know if service centre will give you a replace or not.so Amazon is ok sending a defective piece and its customers luck that we get a good phone and if you don’t then Amazon is just a third party here…they are no way responsible for getting the phone exchanged.Just we end up spending money and landing up with defective piece and travel for 2 or 3 hours to get it fixed
