Title: No support by Amazon! Received a defective phone with speaker not working
Review: Amazon customer care isn’t there to serve, just repeat useless statements like a recorder.The phone received looked new but speaker wasn’t working. Filed for a return / replacement with Amazon who were totally useless and said to take it to a Nokia service centre for the same. Imagine ordering a phone with Amazon for convenience but then them sending you a faulty product and then saying please make multiple trip to a Nokia service centre during 47 degree C heatwave in Delhi.. aaand make sure you do it during working hours on a weekday or lose the 7-day replacement claim. Total crap. Still waiting for a resolution.

Review:  We had been a nokia family since long with nokia 5.1, 5.1plus, 8.1 and now recently purchased c22.exchanged old mobile at fair price for c22. entire exchange flow was simple and Automated with many reminders and clear instructions.nokia c22 as mentioned is robust. data transfer from old to new mobile was simple n quick. no battery heating during charging and calls.longer battery duration, accessibility and performance is top notch supporting latest android versionaudio & video quality is very nice.overall performance is great at a very fair price.
