Title: Not working and gets too heated.
Review: Warning. There is no return policy on the Nokia product. I did not realise it while buying.the phone battery was not charged. I want to return as the phone is getting over heated.Even after charging the phone does not start as it heeting into a loop. DO NOT BUY THIS.

Title: No support by Amazon! Received a defective phone with speaker not working
Review: Amazon customer care isn’t there to serve, just repeat useless statements like a recorder.The phone received looked new but speaker wasn’t working. Filed for a return / replacement with Amazon who were totally useless and said to take it to a Nokia service centre for the same. Imagine ordering a phone with Amazon for convenience but then them sending you a faulty product and then saying please make multiple trip to a Nokia service centre during 47 degree C heatwave in Delhi.. aaand make sure you do it during working hours on a weekday or lose the 7-day replacement claim. Total crap. Still waiting for a resolution.
