Title: Great Design, Disappointing Service and Faulty WiFi
Review:  I was initially drawn to this Lloyd AC because of its unique and stylish design. It looks fantastic in my home. However, my experience with the installation and service has been extremely frustrating.The installation technician did not properly level the outdoor unit, leaving it visibly tilted. He seemed more interested in pushing accessories than ensuring a correct installation. He also lacked basic knowledge about the AC’s functions and promised a demo and WiFi setup that never happened.The most concerning issue is that the AC sprays water from the indoor unit, causing visible fungal spots. Despite multiple complaints to Lloyd customer support, no one has come to resolve the problem. This is unacceptable for a brand-new AC.The WiFi functionality is also faulty. The AC frequently turns itself on after being switched off, changes settings randomly, and disregards temperature settings. I’ve been forced to unplug the AC when leaving the house to prevent it from running unnecessarily.Attempts to troubleshoot with Lloyd technicians have been unhelpful. They’ve suggested resetting my router or uninstalling the app, failing to acknowledge the root of the problem lies within the AC’s hardware or software.Overall, I’m incredibly disappointed with the poor service and faulty Wi-Fi feature of this Lloyd AC. While the design is appealing, the ongoing issues and lack of support make it difficult to recommend this product.
