Title: Definitely the best monitor you can get for the price.
Review: Its massive in size. When you look on the Amazon website, it doesnt feel that big. But in real life is quite large. I will hv to change my table coz screen comes very close to my face. Its a monitor as well a tv. I dont have to connect my laptop to listen to spotify or YouTube, all apps are there. The remote is very sleep and nicly designed. Speakers are just ok. Would be greate if they had given little bass in it. Sounds quite dry without bass. One negatives is that there is no dedicated button to change the brightness of the monitor. Its main purpose is to be a monitor and as a video editor I need to adjust the brightness with editing. Its quite irritating to dig into settings to deal with brightness. Overall its a very good monitor.

Title: Terrible Experience – Defective Product and Poor Support from Both Amazon and LG
Review: I purchased the LG Smart Monitor on 23.12.2024, and it was delivered on 24.12.2024. Unfortunately, this purchase turned out to be a nightmare due to both a defective product and the poor customer support I received from Amazon and LG.Pre-Delivery Concerns IgnoredBefore the delivery, I contacted Amazon customer support to request an open-box delivery after reading reviews about customers receiving damaged/defective products. Amazon assured me that I could return the product if it arrived damaged, but this information was misleading. The product description clearly states that it is eligible only for service center replacement, which I found out later.Delivery MishandlingThe delivery personnel mishandled the package, placing it under two large boxes. Despite my concerns and requests for careful handling, they assured me I could return it if there were any issues.Defective Product and Blame GameWhen I opened the package in front of the delivery personnel, I found the monitor was damaged/defective. They directed me to contact Amazon for a return. However:Amazon refused to process a return, citing the product’s “service center replacement only” policy, and asked me to contact LG.LG Service Center initially redirected me back to Amazon, and after much insistence, assigned an engineer for inspection. The engineer never showed up despite a promise to visit within 24 hours and ignored all my calls.When I visited the service center personally, they dismissed the issue, stating that minor defects are not covered.Amazon’s Unhelpful ResponseAmazon then asked me to obtain a denial or defective product letter/email from LG before they could proceed further. It can also be used as a TV, as it comes with webOS pre-installed, allowing you to stream content effortlessly.Focusing on its primary function as a monitor, it’s worth noting that it is quite heavy—so heavy, in fact, that it requires two people to carry it. However, the viewing angles and color accuracy are excellent. Watching HDR content is a seamless experience, and text appears crisp and clear, without any pixelation. If you’re considering this monitor for programming or work-related tasks, I highly recommend it. You can go for it without a second thought.The only downside is its weight, and the webOS platform, which occasionally lags while navigating between apps like Hotstar and Netflix. That said, even high-end TVs sometimes have similar performance issues with their operating systems, so it’s not entirely unexpected.As far as the monitor experience goes, it’s undeniably amazing. You can purchase this monitor without any regrets.
