Review: If there’s a choice of less than 1 star I’d give that too. I bought this laptop looking at its configuration and what I received was just a scrap machine. From the very first use, I noticed that there’s some problem with battery life. I kept it on observation and found out that 100% battery drains out in 20 min. Later, the battery stopped charging. Also, the audio jack was off.I first complained a couple times on #Amazon app requesting replacement but no response. Later, I wrote to the vendor #USEDyetNEW. They were prompt to respond and help with the situation. First they sent me a new battery and charger but that also didn’t work and machine wouldn’t just charge. Then the machine was sent to their local service partner and he found out that motherboard was damaged.Now, on asking for the replacement for the laptop which had issues from the very first day and which i could barely use, they’re asking me to buy the motherboard for the replaced laptop.
