Title: Comprehensive warranty is a trick
Review: Product is good, Comprehensive warranty is a trick see point 18 and 19Cooling good features goodPlease be carefull while installation as in my case he of his own bring copper pipe extra about 2 feet and just hang on roof at 4th floor to 3rd floor. My wife was at house not cared for his fitting. He should fixed in the wall.Next day when i call he say nothing to worry. He say how i can hang on wall to fix it along the wall. He is a brand installation person and asking me to how 🤔? Lol on these people. Me too for providing satisfaction otp. 😌.

Title: Zero star review.
Review: I would give it minus rating if I could. First of all after delivery no one showed up for installation for about a week. When the box was opened the Product came with defect which was fixed in about a week. It worked for about 15 days and broke down again and couldn’t be started. Second breakdown in first month of purchase and no support from Amazon or hitachi for 5 days. Technician visited after 5 days and gave solution which was again good for a week and it broke down again and started throwing air straight from volcano and still no solution provided, I am expecting it to work once the summer gets over.There was very very poor service and support from Hitachi and I will never purchase hitachi product ever.What made it worst was worlds biggest e-commerce giant Amazon didn’t provide any support either rather kept on giving excuses ie contact brand and kept on connecting me to different executives who would ask same question again and again.Buying product from Amazon was big mistake, it feels like I paid for ruining my own happiness this summer. Almost about 2 months since my purchase and still fighting for a mere AC to work.

Review: I was initially concerned about buying online and the quality of after-sale service, but I’m delighted with my purchase. The product arrived earlier than expected, and a technician was on-site within an hour on the same day, who was exceptionally kind and friendly. The Hitachi air conditioner I chose is fantastic, with excellent airflow, cooling, and a range of features including frost cleaning, good sleep mode, and powerful settings. I’m extremely pleased with my decision to purchase this Hitachi air conditioner.

Title: Worst service
Review: I have brought this product after 20 days its fan got damaged. After a lot of follow up with llyods service team the part came on 12 days later,but still I have to follow up the service team to resolve this but they are just giving excuses. Very bad service after sales. Don’t recommend any one to buy this product.
