Title: Serious quality issues.
Review: See brand new AC and the smallest of the thing i.e AC remote is not working. I highly Doubt the quality of the entire AC unit in the life of use.
Even network to reach out to customer care is so dusted no calls are connecting no reply on WhatsApp nothing actually useless.

Title: The worst product I have ever bought…the worst service by Hitachi….literally cheating..
Review: I have bought this worst AC in October 2023…And in April 2024 the loud noise started from AC out door unit like a flight engine.When called the customer care of simply they sent a service engineer after 4 days.He checked and told the PCB is faulty. When questioned how come a faulty product was supplied simply they didn’t answer me and said the PCB will be replaced after a week as it was not available .I denied the offer and asked them to replace the entire unit as its only 7 months old.And I dont want faulty piece.They asked me to contact the hitachi customer care by email …for that I don’t have any response. Even the Amazon customer care team also forced me to accept the hitachi offer so that they will replace PCB.If that was the case to accept the faulty hitachi piece it was a better option for me to buy a second hand AC /refurbished AC from open market.Though I was a member of Amazon from 2016 there is no support from them.Hence I won’t any product from Amazon from now on and I won’t encourage anyone to buy any Hitachi product as they are cheaters.

Title: Bad Installation service.
Review: I have been using this product for15 days in a regular besis, it’s literally a top quality product.. The only disappointment was the installation team from Hitachi. They were not from Hitachi Company .. the local fitters from my locality and what is annoying is that they were dressed up Voltas uniform and calling themselves hitachi employee.. there is no perfection in their installation process. From start to finish, I had to stand in front of them and guide them. While opening the net cover of the indoor unit of AC, he broke the plastic cover lock and then had to stick it with fevi quick. Very very disappointment.. it’s unexpected from the Hitachi.
