Title: Full value at half the price
Review: I’d gone through many TVs in my research before landing on this product. The low price was a red flag at first but after watching and reading many reviews throughout the web, I purchased the 65 inches model. Delivery was smooth, technicians were very helpful. The TV shipped with a Fire Stick 4K, which I use exclusively so I’m not in a position to assess the Vidaa OS.I play the PS5 at 120Hz with HDR and it is a treat to the eyes. Although I had to enable these settings (Enhanced HDMI, Game mode, etc.), you’ll need to spend some time with the settings for the particular HDMI input.I don’t go above volume 20, the speakers on the TV are plenty enough. The local array dimming really helps with the blacks and 4K streaming is very good on it.

Title: After 1 week of use
Review: After one week of use, the TV (65 inches) was a steal deal for me at 55k. Awasome performance and picture quality at this price point, I bet no other TV can compete in similar range. If you buy Sony or Samsung having similar picture and audio quality you will end up spending more than 100k for sure. Feature wise, it has everything needed, the only think which I want to explore is that if a web cam can be connected.I have connected Sony SR40 5.1 channel speaker with HDMI ARC and the sound it’s delivering is true 5.1 channel Dolby digital. Feels like you are sitting in theatre. Brightness level is adequate but when you kept adaptive brightness ON or Game mode is ON, the brightness is less.The screen is partially anti-glare, it produces very less glare (comparing with my 7 years old VU LCD).If you watch content on OTT and have Netflix and Amazon prime subscription, this TV is must for you.It comes with Amazon fire stick 4K inside the box for free.VIDAA OS is super fast (compared to firestick). TV’s turn on and off time is lightning fast.So far good but will keep posting on my overall long term experience.Installation process could have been better.

Title: Pathetic customer service
Review: Update: 20-06-2023Customer service is pathetic. TV suddenly stopped working display issue. Called customer care on 20th May raised complaint. Technician came on 22nd and on 24th replacement tv got approved. They didn’t tell me this untill I called om 26th. A week later someone called and said the TV is not available any more and they will give me an updated tv which is yet to be launched but it will be on 20th June. They also offered a temporary tv for the time being but suggested dont take this option. Anyways temp tv will also take around 10 days. So decided to wait for my replacement tv. From last 1 week I called 5-6 times they have no clue what is happening. They even sent the same technician again to my home not sure why. A month later they don’t call back as promised and I don’t have any TV.How will the display go bad in 8 months. I live in an area where there is no power fluctuations. Also I connect the TV to a UPS for continous power also so that TV doesn’t get switched off when the power.. Buy at your own risk._———————–It is advertised as a 4k 120hz tv. It has got 4 hdmi ports 2 of them 4k 60hz and 2 hdmi2.1 ports which is 4k 120hz. All looks good on paper. However you can have only one hdmi port connected with 4k at a time. How bad is that. The tv advertised as google tv but it only has Vidaa OS. Vidaa OS in itself is not bad but doesn’t have hotstar or airtel thanks app. Which means I need to use fire tv stick provided. If I set fire tv to display 4K then my xbox series X will not work on 4K 120hz. The full screen shows a yellow tint and have vertical lines all over. The moment I change resolution of the fire tv stick to 1080p Xbox works like a charm with 4k ar 120hz. How bad is that you have 4 hdmi ports at 4k resolution but can only have one set to 4K if you want to use xbox series x. Whats the point of this TV then as the main USP of the TV is 4k ar 120hz.Watching sports is also not great or I haven’t found the right settings.While viewing Cricket the ball appears as flikering white color instead of a round ball.Fire tv remote can’t change volume. You have to use original TV remote for that. I have been using fire tv sticks for almost 2 years now and have used it with multiple TV’s and monitors and it is the first time I have this problem.I had a lot of hope because internationally this TV is considered to be better than the entry level Sony 4k tvs with 120hz display 85K and 90 K but in reality the Indian version of U7H doesn’t look that great.

Title: Great Display with ultra smooth display
Review:  It’s a value for money product and I’m really satisfied with the display and the ultra smooth motion @120hz.Speakers are not that great, but you can always connect an external sound bar which enhances the experience and there is no compromise on the display and the UI. AMAZON fire stick is also included so you can get Disney+ and any other apps which are not included on the inbuilt UI.It’s a great TV for gaming as well.More than satisfied with the entire experience.
