Title: Worst product
Review: This is our 3rd ac and I really disappointed from it.Previously we have whirlpool ac which is much better than godrej ac.Godrej ac have Cheap and incomplete accesories/ installation kit, installation person charged rs. 450 for copper pipe wrapping, rs.300 for drain pipe which is normal water pipe for domestic use and rs. 950 for outside unit stand and I also paid for rs.1500 for installation charge. This ac dont have inbuilt stabiliser I have purchased externally rs. 2000.This product is complete waste of money and very cheap quality.Please please don’t buy this product…. Other AC’s are slightly costier but no hidden charges like godrej and better quality, better to go with other company products.Godrej is like naam bade our darshan chote….Please don’t buy.

Title: Product is good but service of Godrej is very very poor
Review: Product is good,cooling is also fine. But service of Godrej is very horrible. For installation nobody contacted me I have taken several follow up. After that when technician visits our house they installed in the AC in the wrong place when they were working I told you them but they didn’t listen to me. After that I have paid full amount what they have asked for it for accesories and installation,they charged with18% of GST but they didn’t provide me any invoice. They left. When I called them firstly they refused to give the invoice and secondly they said they will sent it through WhatsApp they can’t provide hard copy. Even after when they provide in WhatsApp they were providing me hand written bill where no GST % was mentioned. I am totally dissatisfied with the service of Godrej. After that I called so many time to customer care as on date there is no solution and they didn’t provide any invoice.

Title: Works great
Review: Did not see any issue. Cools well and quickly. Modes are good but i would still stick to use at 26 degrees for better power saving and cooling or room. I got a 2024 january built product. Apt for 15 ftx15 ft room. Blower noise is more when fan speed is high when compared to previous godrej ac’s. But is at par with the present other brands like LG, Daikin, Lloyd. Dont need to hesitate while buying this product. Product installation completed for me on the same day when requested godrej service center. Have an additional water drain pipe to reuse the drained water for plantation.

Title: Godrej Amazon Scam
Review: Bought this product from Amazon on first April 2024 the item was installed by the company it was not cooling, I raised a complaint for the same. Company technician visited and told us that the Indoor unit is 1.5 ton and outdoor unit is 1 ton.
