‘Footprints of Wellbeing’ is a simple, brief and easy to access book, offered for those who resist going for any long term therapeutic intervention for self-growth and resolving various mental health issues. It is an idea book of self-growth, not only for the students of Psychology and academicians but for people at large. ‘Footprints of Wellbeing’ is an attempt to re-engineer the hardwiring of fixed thought patterns, training the CPU to process life ‘as it is’ rather as ‘one wishes it to be’ or ‘as it should be’. It helps you to step out of the mind into the reality of the present moment, facilitating you to take charge of life, providing an insight into the effective healthy choices you have for spring cleaning of the mental life and changing gears, creating memory bank of positive happy memories and experiencing life in the moment and above all valuing self. While walking, people are generally focused on the destination, however, walking to and fro within self mindfully, you are with each step just like your breath: your life force energy which stays with you. Be aware of your footsteps and each step would leave a footprint of the experience of the moment – fully lived.

Title: A warm & wonderful book that anyone seeking personal enhancement in their life would love to own!
Review: “Footprints of Wellbeing” brings to the table a plethora of new perspectives about the numerous problems that form a part of the human condition. Dr. Pallavi has succinctly discussed commonly occurring yet unseen issues faced by all of us in everyday life. She, not only points out the exact problems and their root causes but also offers pragmatic and easily implementable solutions for all of them. The best part is the simplicity of the text and its friendly conversational tone which makes it a very pleasant and memorable read. There’s a lot that one can take even in a 10 minute sitting with this book. This book gives one an insight into one’s own mind. One starts feeling quite personally attached to the book. The various real life examples that the author has presented from her own experience with helping people, adds a deep sense of personal identification with the stories of people who may have starkly different yet essentially similar problems which all of us can relate to.This book has in many ways compelled me to revaluate the way I look at the world and has helped me overcome a lot of mental hurdles that I found myself caught up in. I have already recommended several people in real life to read this book and I would say the same to anyone currently reading this review!

Title: A beautiful read!
Review: Dr. Pallavi Bhatnagar rightfully refers to her latest work, ‘Footprints of Wellbeing’ as an idea book, however, it goes a step further. Reading the book feels like there’s a gentle hand on your shoulder, guiding one through the situations, phases and experiences that we all, being unique individuals, face at some point or the other in life. The quiet yet profound messages conveyed throughout the book make your personhood feel safe, as if being bathed in the soft glow of the moonlight, feeling a universe expanding within you. The book serves as a constant reminder that you, as a person, are and will be okay.Every chapter, and every single anecdote that has been mentioned, carries a relatable element to it, requiring a healthy amount of reflection on the part of the reader with every page one turns. The book makes for an easy yet thought-provoking read; I tend go back to certain parts of it whenever I feel stuck or am facing a problem, and it works wonderfully to ground me! It seems to work across all dimensions of life, and it’s a powerful reminder of the simple basics of life we often tend to forget while caught up in the fast-paced world of today.

Title: Well-being in easy steps
Review: Footprints of Wellbeing truly lives up to its name . Dr Pallavi Bhatnagar gently leads us in simple easy ,step by step, approach towards wellbeing. The reader feels motivated to follow these steps since they seem to be so reflective of her/his experiences, situations, and stages in life . The examples strike home and appeal to the reader .The book manages to convince the reader that she/ he is OK no matter where she/he stands in comparison to others . And believing in self- worth is the key to well-being . It makes us take charge of our lives and make effective healthy choices . The simple mantras given in the book if followed will lead up to self growth and self value .The book is an easy read . Every word is relevant to the context yet does not result in a terse, technical , clipped language – quite an achievement! The get up of the book is attractive , the cover effective and the printing and font size make the reading pleasurable .

Title: A Bible for living an exuberant life
Review: I met Dr. Bhatnagar when I was in 11th standard. As a teen, coming from one of India’s top British schools, I faced issues with my studies choices, subjects, and homefront. In a brief period, I developed a powerful bond with her so much that after 15 years, I contacted her again for my career. Recently, I came across this marvelous book. A bit hesitant to read, I picked it up and started reading the index. The titles of the index reflected some parts of my life. So I started reading it further. The actual case examples she has taken from her 35 years of counseling career were apt to understand how I should deal with some situations in my life. What is that which is bothering me? Am I looking at the stem of the problem or the root? How do you choose happiness? What is acceptance all about? Why X is X and Y is Y?I highly recommend each and everyone to read this book again and again. Make it a habit to read it once a year. The more you read, the more distinct and exclusive your perspective towards yourself and your life will become. The unique conversational style of the book makes it even more enjoyable. One this is guaranteed, after finishing this book you will discover a new you. Happy reading!!! 🙂

Review: Despite being a voracious reader, I’m not one for reading much of non fiction. I just don’t find it captivating enough and loose interest very soon… However, one day I chanced upon a sample version of Footprints of Well-being online which allowed me to read its first chapter. By the time I got to end of this short snippet, to my surprise, I wanted to read on! I was almost infuriated that I could not read more right away! Luckily it was available on Amazon and it arrived promptly. What a sheer delight! So simply written yet SO impactful! Such an easy and relatable read, that I didn’t even realize how quickly I breezed through it… all while I inwardly smiled to myself from correlating to the amazing examples! Dr. Bhatnagar has hit the ball out of this park with this one and has given us a masterpiece that one can read over and over again as constant reminders of well-being, especially in tough times such as these. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and giving us such practical advice Dr. Bhatnagar! I look forward to your future works!

Title:
Review: The irony of well being books is that sometimes they are so dense, you wonder if the author had in mind the very aspect they are writing about i.e. well being. Dr. Bhatnagar’s words resonate with the reader long after putting the book down. In fact the conversationalist style of writing, sharing examples, short duration of each chapter makes it such an easy read yet one which keep you thinking and self introspecting. It’s like you are having a conversation with Dr Bhatanagar and she is right there with you as you read through the pages. The relationship segment felt most applicable as it explores both the sensitivity and complexity of modern day relationships. One of my favorite books this summer – this is a MUST read!
