Title: overall service is good but technician has been dissapointing
Review: I am satisfied with overall picture and audio quality of DTH however your service technician really destroy your brand .I had spare cable of previous DTH for this connection so i asked technician to give cost of 10 metre cable which was available to me in offer. He agreed but replied that he is not in possession of money so he will give money later. Also HDMI cable was not with him that time. After so many phone calls he provided me HDMI but whenever i asked him to give cost of 10 metre cable which would be hardly 100-150 rupees he said he will give . Now it has been 2 months. I am really feeling deceived
