Title: If you’re Murakami lover go for this.
Review: I have tried reading his other books but this grabbed my attention more than his any books. It has fables which are easy to read and relate. Murakami writing is lucid and fascinating. Give it a try.

Title: A great book to read on the go!
Review: A set of short stories by Haruki Murkami each describing the emotions and desires of the heart that can’t be put in words, those beyond the understanding of the rational mind.A strong urge, premonition or simply a feeling of emptiness are wonderfully compiled in this book.I have read this book with immense sincerity, living the lives of those characters I could relate to (most of them, actually) This book is detailed to perfection in the right spots, smooth and satisfying. It’s a great book to have while you’re on the go.❤Rating: 3.5/5

Title: Know the meaning of desire? Yes? No? Read this anyway.
Review: This book is a compilation of five short stories each addressing the innate human emotions of desire. The author talks about desire in different aspects- desire for food, for lust, for unrequited love, for longings of the heart and for infatuations. Each story is different, explores different meanings of the same word- desire. The stories contain unnamed characters, vivid descriptions, large number of metaphors and open ended narration. An insightful read which makes the readers see different aspects of desire- thus converting it to a positive emotion.Highly recommended, check out my full review on my blog intothedepthsofbooks.blogspot.com

Title: Best book to start Murakami with
Review: I started this year with Murakami and I can safely say that this year is going to be a good year reading wise. I have decided to read less but quality books.Desire by Haruki Murakami is a collection of short stories that are somehow related to the deepest desires of human heart. I devoured this book like an addict and can’t stop myself from picking up some more of Murakami’s work. I think I have been converted into a Murakami lover. Will be forever thankful to my friend for this copy. 😘My advice to people who are looking to start with Murakami is begin with his short story collection. Also how amazing are these vintage minis for slaying the Goodreads reading challenge 😁

Review: Poignant little nuggets on the long crooked path of grappling with human desire. I think the stories helped me somehow. I feel sad and slightly more at peace with my restless heart. Worth a read.
