Title: Dell honours the 3 years warranty
Review: I am giving my review almost around 3 years of use. Purchased in jan 2022,the mouse works flawlessly. It survived drops, mishandling by children and neglect. Bluetooth connectivity is far stable and accurate. Have connected the dongle to Android tv and Bluetooth to pc and switching is very easy. Provided battery lasted till sep 2024. The best part is that few days back the dongle did not connect and mouse behaved erratically on Bluetooth. It was difficult getting through to dell support on call, but once I explained, they replaced it with a new one within a week by courier. So now I really trust dell peripherals and their replacement warranty of 3 years.

Title: Great Mouse but not for Macbook Users(Read Complete)
Review: The product is pretty decent, and it’s fairly well built. After a year of use, my mouse developed some click issues, but Dell promptly replaced it, and I now have a new one that seems to be functioning flawlessly. This mouse only supports one device at a time when linked over Bluetooth, which is problematic for users who rely heavily on bluetooth connection. Although you may always switch between the Bluetooth and the provided dongle, but using two Macbooks at once makes this feature less useful(this is my case, not applicable for all). Therefore, even though this is a fantastic mouse, I would not suggest it if you are a MacBook user who frequently switches between different Macbooks.
