Title: Good Product – SSD & HDD Combo
Review: Decent Product at this price point. Though the product came as Windows 10. Could upgrade immediately to Windows 11. Add to that the licensed MSO. Suitable for Small Office. Speaker Sound quality is also decent. Sleek and has decent battery backup as well.

Title: Worst laptop ever and service from DELL
Review: we have purchased this laptop on Oct 2021, and after using couple of months, laptop stopped working. when we logged a complaint to dell, they arranged to send technician to check the issue, and he found the issue in display, he returned back saying, will update to DELL for replacing the part. and after few days ticket is been logged by DELL tech team for replacing the part, and its been more than 40 days and the ticket status says its pending for shipping the ordered part.at the same time, if we call customer care for replacing part, firstly they said the laptop is under warranty which is hardly over 6 months. after fighting with them over the call, they said ITEM / PART is not available it will take another 2 months to arrive (until then we should wait and do nothing because of wrong choice of DELL). thou it is under warranty, we had asked to replace the laptop, no answer from DELL customer care team.tired of following with DELL, and request everyone to be away from DELL which the support is very poor and the response from customer care is pathetic and unsatisfied on the product.going forward will never purchase any product from DELL, and request all of you to be away from DELL laptops.
