Title: Not recommended – Lots of hardware issues – not worth a single start also
Review: Looks like this is a hardware failure model with lots of problems. Bought this is April 2022 and found it to be slow, but was continuing to use it and later found out that there was a problem with audio output. Speaker and bluetooth headsets were working fine, but was unable to hear it when plugged with aux cable. Contacted Dell Support team and they asked to reinstall OS. After reinstalling OS, still the problem not resolved and now my HDMI port is not working and few letters in the keyboard had to be hard pressed. So asked for replacement and they are ready to fix the hardware parts, but I keep on insisting on replacement and it seems to be a never ending process and it has been going on for a month now.

Title: By far, the worst laptop I have ever used. IMHO DO NOT BUY IT!
Review: I purchased this laptop for my mother and the usage was supposed to be very simple, browsing the internet and attending zoom calls.I unfortunately was not around when it was delivered so could not return it or anything really. The laptop takes forever to boot or do anything, it constantly hangs and is extremely sluggish. I tried resetting to factory settings multiple times with no avail.It is practically useless.I’ve stripped down windows to the bare minimum to get it to even run.I would not recommend this laptop to anyone for anything whatsoever. It isn’t even worth the components it comes with.I read a number of reviews before I bought this, but am so shocked about how bad it is as opposed to the reviews.IMHO : DO NOT BUY IT.

Review: Please do not buy this model. It has a built issue. Many people have mentioned this issue but I was a fool to ignore them. Within 20 odd days the hinge /frame of the screen swell out and one day I realized I can’t even open the laptop. Further I contacted the support team. Since it was in the warranty period Dell promises to replace the part. But now after two weeks I haven’t still received the replacement. At the the time of each follow up they are saying. Arriving soon. Guys please DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT at all
