Review: There is a double stitching on the top of the bag. I had to struggle for 10 minutes to carefully cut open the thread with a knife. As i wanted to reuse the bag, i didn’t slash open the bag.There is no cooking instruction on the bag. There is nutritional information written in Hindi.Expiry date is clearly printed on the side.It is small broken basmati rice.Update: it is just normal broken rice, a by-product when milling basmati rice with just a fancy name like mogra. There is nothing special about this rice. Just a little bit of fragrance. Not good for pressure cooking. If you pressure cook the rice, it gets lumpy and sticky. Pot boiling method works best of this rice and you get separate grain cooked rice. I am using this rice as dog food. I pressure cook this rice for dog food.
