Title: Complaint Regarding Non-Functional Amica Pro 15L Water Heater
Review: My dissatisfaction with the recent service (Request No. 2501159186) visit for my Amica Pro 15L water heater, which took place on 21st January 2025. Unfortunately, the service has left my water heater completely non-functional, and I am highly disappointed with the quality of service provided.Initially, I was facing an issue where the water heater was not heating water adequately. During the service visit, the technician replaced a component, and immediately afterward, the water heater stopped functioning altogether.I purchased this water heater only 50 days ago, and I did not expect to encounter such poor product performance and service quality from your company. This experience has been both frustrating and inconvenient.Given the circumstances, I request an immediate replacement of the water heater and prompt action to resolve this matter at the earliest. Please confirm the next steps and the timeline for the resolution.

Title: Forced to use installation keeping switch hidden behind this blue cover
Review: Finding high rated reviews for water gyser on amazon and ordering it is very simple. But using home staff to fix it was way simpler too. But after fixing the heater on our own we see no light shown on the product though power supply is there in the socket. We were forced by crompton company to book installation though we had done it using our house staff their staff came and switches on a hidden button which only they know which is behind the blue red/green display cover which u see on gyser model. What I am asking is If the switch was already kept on by them mandatory, I need not had to pay extra 615/- rs just to come switch the button ON from inside the heater.Secondly guys this 25 Ltrs heater requires more than 20 mins time to get heated compared to the previous one that I had of 15ltrs which used to take 5 mins.
