Review: I am regular customer of Amazon and I have purchased many product s of many type like feature mobile , smartphone , shoes, bikes access , headphone etc and I found Good. But ,now I have received defective product or I am not found it in Good Condition & I want to change it with another smartphone ( Infinix Mobile) . This time , Amazon has not provided proper service , technical visit is not good option as Customer make complaint in only fault condition .

Title: Go for it if camera is not your primary concern.
Review: Performance was good. Only opera and UC browsers pre installed. Aurora launcher is default and it has some good features like freezer. Battery backup also good. Display and outlook also good. Sunlight visibility is so good. Type C port. Charging speed fine.Down side is Camera. They should increase colour saturation. It lacks details in pictures, No HDR, Rear camera aparture is 2.8 capturing at higher ISO. Leaving all pictures with unnecessary smoothness. Need some sharpness and colour saturation. Shutter speed is low . No magneto meter. I hope camera improvement will done in the future.

Title: Best phone at Budget Price
Review: Front camera is good but rear camera is bit bad but still working perfectly. Fingerprint scanner is good but if your hand are dirty (Sand, soil, water, etc.), The fingerprint scanner would not work perfectly. Phone doesn’t get warm too often. If you play games for too long or use while charging, your phone will get heated up. Rest all is perfect.

Title: Processor and the camera sucks
Review: First of all. The processor in this phone sucks. It will work well atleast for the first four months but after that it starts lagging with normal applications like Google,YouTube.Second the camera literally a garbage, if you will download a app name Devcheck Hardware it will show that the front camera is of 4 mp. The camera is of 16 mp but the output of photos is 4mp. Sorry I can’t provide the photos from the phone because I Don’t like to show my face or my home. Third it’s ui sucks. Fourth the charger literally heats up to a point where I can’t even touch it for unplugging. I got a slight burn at my finger while doing that and that charger makes the battery reach 45° C which is hazardous. Now you will complaint and ignore my review stating , Do you want a iphone at a price of rupees 7999? So the answer is no. Do you want a phone which has a better processor and a camera than this phone than try buying micromax in1b at the same price. It also have the same ram storage which is 4 gb. Thanks for reading my review and consider my request to buy micromax in1b . I think they also offer 2 years of software update but I am not confirmed for this information. Tr y googling it

Title: No Customer support either from Amazon or seller end
Review: CS is telling that they don’t know the details of the company which is selling the product. My Coolpad Cool 5 has developed issues in the fingerprint sensor. Coolpad website doesn’t have any contact number or service centre list. The Till free number mentioned doesn’t work.Wouldn’t say the product is bad as it was performing good for the last 3 months. But the warranty and support is not available and no method to find out also.CS when asked to give contact details of the seller said they don’t have it. Infact Mr, Siddharth asked me to find out people who have purchased the same product and look in the market for service center. He also said that Amazon’s laibilty regarding the product was till the return window was open and post that the purchaser needs to find out.Does it mean Amazon promotes sellers and companies who don’t have the minimum liabity to provide service once the purchase is complete?The recent development is the seller doesn’t have ANY SERVICE CENTRE.When I connected to them through Email they said to Courier it to Gurgaon in the Invoice address. They will repair and send it back in due course.SO YOU PURCHASE A MOBILE THROUGH AMAZON AND RHEN COURIER IT TO THE SELLER AT YOUR OWN COST TO GET WARRANTY RELATED SOLUTINS.PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST
