Title: Good experience till now
Review: I’m writing this review after one week. Overall price is good as 2ton plus 5star AC, there are few options in the market. It’s chilling our room well, and for fitting they said it is complex situation to install the Ac and they were hesitating so we installed by local worker so it was cheaper to install. Cons- Some bugs noticed in the AC it is not stoping by single click of the remote it’s taking multiple times to stop but other operations has no problem, I don’t know how can I fix this problem right now.

Title: New AC doesn’t Cool at all
Review: Hi Team,We bought a new AC from Amazon in January 2024. Due to extreme cold temperature in Delhi NCR, we could not check its cooling abilities.The installation was done by the Carrier people on additional payment.However, when we are trying to turn on the AC , It seems its not cooling at all.We have already tried the basic troubleshooting from our end and request you to kindly send someone to fix it or replace the AC ASAP without further amount as the product is very much in warranty and haven’t been used at all.WHAT KIND OF PRODUCT YOU MAKE THAT IT DOESNT WORK AT ALL EVEN IN THE VERY BEGINING??? Title: Good performance, energy saver
Review: We are happy with the performance so far 30 feet long/500 sq ft living room. We typically use at 25/26 degree, or FC3/FC4 mode intermediately switch to dry mode, which saves power as well. Very quite for most modes, insta cool has most and dry mode has least sound (as expected).

Review: Hi Amazon and all the people reading the chat. Please don’t buy carrier AC. I am not commenting on the quality of AC here but the Service. AC was delivered and it’s been 5 days and no installation from the Carrier team. Carrier has given the service to a local provider which is providing pathetic service. Even when contacted Amazon 20 times they didn’t help either. Contacted carrier they are responding like robots whatever we say we will escalate sir that’s it. Overall very bad experience from Amazon and Carrier.Look for other companies who has good service network. I live in metro city Hyderabad, if they can’t provide service here just imagine and stay away from Carrier.

Review: The product is good and it serves good cooling in a short period of time. It’s a two way swing AC. If 4 way swing was available, I would have preferred that one.
