Title: Carrier is the fist name in AC
Review:  After using other brands of ACs, I have lately zeroed in to Carrier for AC. All my close relatives and friends are using Carrier AC on my elderly advice and are happy. Apart from size & appearance quality is unmatched. About unprofessional installation i told on telephonic feedback. However, cooling and remote of split AC is not that cute and perfect like the old ESTRELLA window AC I have.

Title: Poor Service
Review: I Have Purchase Carrier 2 Ton 3 Star AI Flexicool Inverter Split AC in Aug -23. It stop working after 6 months & i have raised compliant against the same many times. Servic Engineer of Carrier Mr. Lalit Kumar Visited an said some part of AC is not working and he will visit against with that part but till date no one come again & i have raised compalint many times. i personally suggest not to purchse any electronic product of carrier

Title: Very good product, but service is not up to the mark.
Review: The AC has been working very well with least noise. But while installation, the service Technician did not provide the drain pipe properly, due to which water was leaking inside the hall. Pursued a lot with the service centre and they fixed the problem after three visits that too after 4 months. Service quality is bad and needs serious improvement.

Title: Stopped cooling within 2 months of purchase
Review: Wouldn’t recommend this brand at all! worst ever customer service. AC stopped cooling in the 1st week of June. Raise request on 11th June and it’s 30th June, the problem remains unsolved. Technicians have no idea of what they’re checking and of all they don’t pick. Frustrating, horrible, awful experience. This is the lowest a brand can go. Terrible, terrible!

Title: Installation Service wasn’t good
Review: The service guy damaged the pipe and didn’t even realise and All the gas got leaked. And we had to wait for days for several days. Company guy came and refilled it. Working fine now.
