Title: Read this before going through any other reviews
Review: I was very nervous going through some negative reviews but i would like to clear all the mess which is created in reviews.I have purchased the 2022 model and i am writing this review on after 1 week of use.1. Remote is working perfectly fine without any lag.2. Ac cooling is superb. I am already using a carrier ac which I purchased in 2015 and still working absolutely fine no complaints.3. Noise is very low.4. 10ft extra copper pipe is provided.5. Ac has follow me function, self clean, fresh air function and eco mode which is not highlighted anywhere.6. Installation was very smooth paid 850 rs for stand and 999 + gst for installation.7. No stabilizer is requiredFinal verdict, go for it. It is the brand you can trust.

Title: Good product….but…
Review: Product is as expected of brand Carrier…blower noise is on a higher side (auto mode)…cooling is fast…though features and commands on the remote are sometimes confusing…especially eco modes…plasma…connecting copper pipes and wire was missing from the outdoor unit package – pilferaged!!! This is where the issue starts – 1st you bear the cost of both out of your pocket and then chase the Amazon Customer Care for a refund (literally haggling with them). Pilferage is something that 1) the manufacturer should address by way of pilfer-proof packaging, 2) the seller should ensure both the items are enclosed and certify while handing over to Amazon for delivery, seal the package with celophin wrapping 3) Amazon should held its Delivery staff accountable if these items are found missing at customer’s premises. This may avoid unnecessary inconvenience to the customers. Rest looking at the discount offerd on Amazon it makes sense in buying from here as prices are much lower when compared to the local shops + Amazon is very customer centric.

Title: VERY DISAPPOINTED
Review: I purchased this along with a 1 ton Blue Star AC on the same day. Both the ACs were installed in two separate rooms of the same size ( 120 sq. ft approx ).1. The 1.2 to Carrier AC takes much longer to cool the room compared to a 1 ton Blue Star AC. I called up Carrier service and was told that Carrier ACs don’t create the “chill” that other AC brands do. Why then waste money purchasing Carrier?2. The biggest issue is with the Carrier remote. There is distinct response lag. If you press a button it takes 1 to 2 seconds for the change to reflect in the AC unit. At first the customer care guy gave me some bull$h*t that its like a computer keyboard and hence there is a slight delay. He went as far to say that the problem would automatically fix itself. I pressed ahead for a replacement of the remote and that’s when the technician told me that the response lag is not a defect but present in all Carrier ACs.I am totally disappointed with this purchase. Would NEVER EVER recommend Carrier to anyone!!

Title: Reasonably quiet with good cooling
Review: Got the 1.2T model for around 36.5K (after card discount) in April ’22. Installation was done promptly and the provided copper was more than sufficient. After around 4 days of use, we’ve noticed that it’s quieter than our earlier A/C with good cooling. The remote is surprisingly well designed too. Minimum temperature is 17C. So far so good.There was a minor hiccup with the delivery though as Amazon delivered the 1.2T indoor unit with a 1.5 ton outdoor unit and the Carrier installation people noticed it immediately; we had to get the units replaced which Amazon did promptly. Carrier installation also informed us that we can avail 3 instances of free service within the 1st year.At the time of purchase, Amazon was advertising 1 year warranty on product and 10 years on compressor.

Title: Good AC
Review: First thanks for promt delivery and same day installation by carrier. Carrier service centre was too helpfull. I received ac around 11am and i contacted customer care (CC)and they appointed the installation guy immediately but he was already busy installing other ac. Then again i contacted CC, they make sure my ac was installed on same day. Feature wise and performance wise its awesome. Just go for it.I was looking for a slim ac and 27.5 cm hight was just enough for me.Installation cost around 2000. ( 1200 stantard + stand installation 200+ cable and drain pipe 600).

Title: Not up to the expectations
Review: Cooling is decent but not great, I found remote is cheap, I am not sure why the remote restarting itself. I think the cooling and remote should be better. It’s carrier everyone trust the brand for extreme cooling experience. I think due to 5 start BEE rating, performance has been compromised.
