Review: Don’t you ever dare to buy a Blue Star Product.My product is BLUE STAR 1.5 TON 5 STAR SMART WIFI INVERTER SPLIT AC with 80 months warranty.I bought it through Amazon on 10th April, 2024. As usual, Amazon delivered the product on time with diligent packaging.The following are my worst nightmare in the scorching summer of 2024.1.Poor Cooling efficiency – Even at setting the AC at 19 degrees, it cools the room in the middle, corners are still hot after four hours.2.Water leakage from indoor unit – In the middle of the night nobody wants a shower right. But you get one with the Blue Star AC. The AC wets your bed like a toddler. The water leakage comes from the AC after running it for four hours.3.Nocking sound from the Indoor unit like pebbles juggling in an iron box. Nobody wants here noises from the AC. It’s like torture…Tak..Tak…tak.tak….tak….and it continues all the night.4.Worst servicing experience, the technician doesn’t even know what is the problem. He even tells me water leakage from the Indoor unit is just normal and it happens with all the ACs.5.Blue Star customer care agent do not have any empathy towards you. They don’t give a shit. They send the technician after one week. I am tired of calling them and reminding.6.The problems are still not resolved even after two time diagnosis by the Blue Star technician.Worst, worst, worst products and servicing from the Blue Star. Don’t buy any thing from Blue Star. May god annihilate this brand from world.You don’t deserve such a reputation enjoying in India. You don’t deserve any respect at all.You are unprofessional.Spending my money on Your product is a waste. I want refund immediately.My complaint closed by the technician without a visit to my location without inspection of the AC.I am really suffering buying product.I am going to Consumer Court. We will meet there.

Title: Great performance but poor installation experience
Review: I got 3 ACs installed. Working great, quiet & powerful. Features all work as they claim! The BlueStar team did a good quality installation but gave a very poor experience. Remember, this is the first time I am installing ACs and don’t have any idea of what it takes!1. They came without a ladder and asked me; I didn’t have it either. Luckily, we were able to source one from the nearby block. We spent the first 30 min doing this. I assume that a ladder is a must while installing an AC and they should carry it or least inform in advance that they need one so that it can be arranged2. They didn’t carry POP to close the pipe hole. I realised that this is done by them when speaking to a friend who also got an AC fixed had all this done3. They didn’t carry 15A 3 pin plugs! This is a must when they know that the installation kit does not come with a plug.4. Lastly, they leave the place in a mess. It took me 3 more hours to clear and clean the mess after they left!While the ACs are working great, I can’t say that my (first) experience was great!

Title: Sleek Design. Excellent Product
Review: So Far so good.. Nice service from installation team as well (fetched around 2600/- approx including angles of outdoor unit) , which was completed within 12 hours amidst unsuitable rainy and cloudy conditions.. The cooling is efficient that takes around 7-10 mins…5 in 1 turbo and smart feature and energy saver are excellent additions as well.

Title: This particular product is defective, DON’T BUY
Review: I usually refrain from writing reviews as it is time consuming but need to write about this particular product so that others planning to buy it ,don’t suffer a horrid experience.CONS:1) the sensor is defective, the temperature on the remote dosent match with sensor on ac.2) There is a serious cooling issue.3) the flaps were not closing even after switching off the ac4) Suddenly it takes the temp to freezing point then it simply goes dormant5) the biggest challenge is during power cut. Pre power cut if it’s working, after power cut the sensors simply don’t function for a very long period of time.I had to return the item, and returning is a big headache as I had to waste 3 working days for the parcel to get picked up.I had to pay for installation and installation services. In total I have lost around 5k extra for accesories and other services.Simply DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

Title: Good product.
Review: Using for last 20-25 days. Cooling capacity is great and efficient. Noise is a bit louder but it’s nearly as expected. Installation was easy and the technician was well mannered. Facing issues with the remote, some time it doesn’t take command and I have to use the remote from very close range otherwise it doesn’t work. Unable to use the ac from phone, contacted the bluestar cx support, but got no help.
