Title: Horrible 3rd party installation service
Review: The product is good but the 3rd party installation provider was very rude and arrogant to not provide a job sheet to apply for replacement as the outdoor and indoor units delivered were not compatible. Please avoid this product if bluestar uses a 3rd party vendor like Cool City for installation.

Title: Very powerful in cooling
Review: The product is awesome. Prior to delivery itself bluestar customer called me and scheduled the installation. The installation is done very prompt and nice. AC is very quick in cooling with convertible option. The AC can be operated remotely with mobile through home wifi from anywhere. Also can be controlled by voice through Alexa which is an awesome feature.

Title: A decent product
Review: This is a decent product for the price of 34,500. Only downside is the initial noise level. Although it’s not that high. The installation by blue star was on time and efficient. Would like to recommend this to someone who is looking for a decent 3 star ac.

Title: Very very worst service, please don’t buy.
Review: 1. I have purchased this product on 14th April 2024 and it got delivered after 2days. But I haven’t received any communication for installation, so I called to Amazon customer care to know about my installation status. They have raised a complaint to blue star.2. After 8 day of delivery I got call from unknown person regarding for the installation. Then two unprofessional person from 3rd party service provider from blue star came to my apartment and done the installation. And they have changed more for installation and for the accessories, when I asked for bill they started arguing. Finally they asked a note book to me and given the details in hand written. So I paid them, because I don’t want argue more and the time was around 8pm.3. Then after they went, I saw water started licking from the indoor unit. Again I raised a complaint to blue star customer but this time I requested them to provide blue star service engineer. But again they provided the same vendor. And they closed the ticket after a week without service done. So that I have concluded that they don’t have own service engineers.3. Again i have given another complaint and explained about the vendor, but still they given me the same vendor for new service ticket as well. So I don’t know how to fix this issue. If they have this kind of service in city like Bangalore, think about the small cities. So stay away.I will improve my comment in coming days.

Title: Awesome Product, Best cooling
Review: Very good product, Good Installation ,Nice cooling, Within 5 to 10 min room becomes cool. It’s 5 mode , sleep mode really awesome. Less noice in both indoor n outdoor unit. Very good product Of BLUE STAR AC.
