Title: Informative
Review: I got the book in a good condition. The quality of the paper was good. Now, coming to the content of the book, the author talks a lot about how one can be better than what one is right now. There is always scope for improvement and how it can be done organically. He also explains why don’t grow. I could analyse my habits too. Good insights and nice case studies.

Title: It’s about your average, not the world’s
Review: I hate (well, that’s a strong word, so let me rephrase) – I don’t enjoy self help books, I can’t get to second chapter most of the time. Maybe I was in a self help mood this time, and this book held ground – pick it up only if it are in a mood, and it does what it states. How do you redefine your average ? Can you change yourself – in an instant or through repetition ? Michael Bernoff gives you a valuable framework for these. And, as one of my Profs told me, he gives you vocabulary – a few critical words and phrases that you can use to classify your thoughts and actions. Best of luck in improving your average. More often than not.

Title: Best read by far.
Review: Thank you. I loved the read. The were few blockers in my head which are crystal clear on some average concept which we call being in comfort zone and understanding having and getting. I always thought its better to have then get. But now, I know what to do next and whatever it takes until I get it which becomes my new average. Thank you Michael for writing this amazing book.

Review: I loved this book. While it couldâve been condensed so much more, there were few key parts that resonated1. The four wall analogy for self helpRelationship wall (left)Identity wall (right)Target goal wall (front)Past wall (back)Gave me a good way to categorize my memories to find my self limiting beliefsLoved the end part where he described asking yourselfIs this nutrition or healthy for you?Is this entertainment?OrIs this addiction? How can we look using the four walls to what self limiting beliefs we have formed by fears from past memories or fears attached to our attachment to outcomesThis is the part that helps me and combining it with my eft routine it is perfect
