Title: Laptop gets hanged frequently and media quality very poor.
Review: The laptop ever since I bought started hanging frequently. Now the audio sound has also become terribly poor. My request to take back the laptop and give me refund has still not materialized. This was not expected from a renowned manufacturer like Acer.

Title: I made a huge mistake by buying it
Review: Don’t buy this laptop thinking that the price is cheap the moment it came it started overheating with 5 mins of power on and lagging throughout due to overheating. I am very well within 7 days of return policy but amazon customer service is denying me my right to return this and asking me to refer to acer service centre guys don’t let them fool you like this.
