Title: Amazing it worked as promised
Review: Suffered from IBS C. Tried number of remedies both allopathic ,and Ayurvedic b,dietary and lifestyle modification but not much results.Upon Doctors prescription, started on some other probiotics and thereafter switched to gut army probiotic. Results are not immediate but slowly one would experience regularlity and improvement in bowel movements. If cause of IBS C is disturbed gut flora / microbiome then this supplement is expected to work. Only condition is that one has to take it half hour before breakfast and dinner with discipline. Initially one might feel little gassy or bloated but it resolves after few days. But since everyone is different, so one must take doctor advice before taking any supplement. I woul congratulate zeroharm for formulating such wonderful product. Keep it up and God bless!!!!
