Title: True “Masterpiece”- A Vu Home IMAX TV
Review: Such an innovation, premium aesthetics,( Armani Gold finish , even the remote feels so premium..) high end features ( 4K picture quality , DTS , Dolby Audio, 120 Hz Refresh rate…..) & simplicity in a 85 inch TV & that too at this price is simply unbelievable..!It was a treat to watch ‘Justice League Snyder Cut’ & play God of War in PS4 on such a big ( Home IMAX ) TVThe best part is , it’s Indian ( Ultimately only an Indian company could have made this kind of “Masterpiece” )Hats off to Vu group especially Devita Saraf..!

Title: A TV that has it all
Review: We bought this panel this year in Feb and have had a great experience with it. The Qled TV definitely has all of the features we needed from Dolby vision to a smooth gaming experience at 120 hz with inky blacks and almost no blooming. Here are some Pros and cons:1.) Black levels are great and you can see that when your watching a space exploration movie. The new Qled tech is spot on.2.) I streamed games over my network as my PC is in another room through steam’s big picture app and it worked great. The TVs smoothing feature which bumps up the fps was solid. Finished most of Elden ring on the big screen without a hitch. On Lan though.3.) The colors are bright and vibrant. The detail you can see in 4k movies is just a sight to behold. Dolby Vision really works wonders to the content your watching.4.) The sound bar built is great really loud. Although we had another samsung bar so we used that and got both Dolby Vision and Atmos with the TV through eArc port.5.) The finish on the TV is immaculate and makes the TV pop. Framing also is really solid with handle bars on the back to pick up and lift the large panel with ease.6.) 85 inch panel really immerses you in the content and this is my first 85 inch TV and first really affordable at that price for India. Similar samsung panel would cost considerably more.7.) Customer service has been great and they also sent us a Joypad for the TV which we really appreciate. Now the family can join in on some Co-op games with me from time to time.Now the cons and this is just to criticize a few things that can be improved in the future. Negates mostly cause the value provided in comparison to other brands.1.) Installation was quite the hastle the people barely knew how to handle the TV. And they didn’t read the instructions as well to aid them. They kept on lifting the TV using the body when there were two handles on each side. This could’ve damaged the panel and there were finger prints over the side of the screen. Proper training of the staff would be appreciated.2.) Sounds bar sounds great in comparison to a regular TV but, a additional sub woofer would’ve taken it to the next level. An option could be provided possibly in the future. Might as well go all the way.3.) WiFi connection could be a bit stronger. I had to plug the Lan in to get better streaming quality for games.Just for the value you’ve provided with the TV and the service. This TV deserves a 5 star rating all day. Few kinks can be resolved in future models. Which they already have in the newer models.

Title: Great after sales service by VU.
Review: Having owned a 75” VU TV for a couple of years with zero problems and which had a superb picture after calibration, I bought this 85”. While the picture was great even with basic calibration, it exhibited a severe form of dirty screen effect (DSE, like having the screen smeared with dirt; look it up on the web). I brought it to the notice of VU customer care during a courtesy call and they sent a technician. He agreed there was a problem and said that it was common on large screen qleds (sort of true) but raised a defect ticket nonetheless. This was before the 2nd wave pandemic hit but after the lockdown was lifted, VU sent a replacement TV. Even though there are some vestiges of DSE in the new TV it is not as as severe as on the last one and everything works well and am satisfied.One other note. No wall mount was included with the TV and I was prepared to pay VU for one but they sent me one at no extra charge.The TV itself is massive with inky blacks and bright vivid colors. Well produced 4K content through a Nvidia shield pro pops out of the screen. I am still playing with the settings and expect the picture to get better as I tweak them.My experience with the product is satisfactory. VU’s customer service is superb and second to none and will recommend the TV.

Title: Excellent Product But Never Buy through Amazon
Review: The product is excellent but buying the product through Amazon was a nightmare. Amazon failed to install the TV Amazon has outsourced installation to a company who have no experience in installing an 85 inch TV . Moreover installation appointments were never met, impossible to contact the vendor Had a nightmare installing my TV
