Review: Lets start with the likes and dislikes about the productLikes :1. Picture Quality is Amazing and apt according to light.2. Upon activating local dimming to max pixels become more color accurate with deep black3. Nothing beats the sound quality of this tv, to this very date, I have never wished to add any speakers to it4. The way it converts every movie to a 60 fps version is just mind boggling5. OS and UI is great and almost lag free6. Best TV in this budget no matter what you compare it to.Improvements:1. Title: Great TV with excellent display
Review: The picture quality is crisp and clear especially in 4K while watching on Netflix or any other OTT platforms. I’d also say that for gaming this one has to be the best TV in this price range due to the 120Hz support which is super smooth and satisfying. Overall, great TV with useful features.

Review: i was on the lookout for my next TV, QLED since I already had VU HDTV, I was looking for a change.After lots of reviews, videos, and research i narrowed down The Frame and VU Masterpiece.Competitive pricing great service and amazing product quality made me finalise this VU Masterpiece TV only.Crisp picture quality and sound, service, and price point.I will recommend this over ANY BIG Branded TV any day.pro – easy access panel for pen drives and HDMI portsremote functions great.very less reflections.overall great product for great price.

Title: TV got Fixed Finally//Failed within 1 year ///High quality budget premium TV///
Review:  Updated : (21/11/2023) : Finally VU has taken the TV for repair and they took 40 days in total and replaced the TV and sent it back. Working fine so far.They did it within 20k including 2yrs warranty. This price is not bad. When we compare this experience with other brands(from friends), VU has an edge.Overall, Their response it good especially manager ‘Satish'(Hyd).Thanks VU for fixing the issue. It would be better if you can provide temporary TV when you take defective TV for repair.As per this experience, increasing the rating.Updated Review:Earlier I have given 5 start rating and asked friends to purchase this TV. They purchased 2 TVs of 65 inches.But now regret it and reduced rating to 2 star.Because:Immediately after 1 year of usage, TV screen got blurred and bluish. Called customer care. They said warranty is over and I need pay 1500 for just technician visit. It is insane that, for just a visit they are charging 1500.That technician came with only one screw driver and I am shocked that even he don’t carry multimeter.He just opened TV and checked only bus cables and declared that pannel should be replaced and it would cost 30 to 40 thousand.He never bothered to check exactly what happened to the TV and where the shorting was happened. He doesn’t have technical knowledge and they charge 1500 rupees for this visit. And he local guy.For 1 year old TV, that too for manufacturing defect, VU doesn’t take responsibility and get it repaired.They will charge 70 percentage of TV cost to replace the panel.After sales service is pathetic for VU TVs.Please be aware of it.——–OLD REViEW——-This top quality premium TV acailable in reasonable price.We have see all high end features in it. Forget about picture quality. You will love it.It has premium look and beautiful.Sound is excellent and it is enough for most of the people. But sound bar or external speakers needed if you love exceptional sound.Some users reported some issues when we play movies with subtitles. But I don’t see such issues. It is perfect premium TV.We can play games also with Android aupported game pads. I played couple of games with gamepad. They are good.Remote is perfect. They have given wall mount kit.Just blindly go for it…

Title: Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service
Review: I purchased this TV last September and have been using it for a while now. Initially, I was pleased with the purchase, thinking I got a good deal with the latest technology at a lower price. However, within a couple of months, the TV started randomly switching off while watching live matches or movies. I registered a complaint, but nothing was done.After eight months, a short circuit occurred in my apartment, burning out my switchboards and lights. The TV’s screen was also internally damaged. When I contacted customer care, they refused to help, even though my TV is still under warranty. In contrast, my neighbors with branded TVs received free screen replacements, but VU’s customer service said the repair cost would be almost the same as a new TV.I am shocked and disappointed by the poor service from VU. If you’re considering buying a TV at a lower price, do thorough research on the warranty clauses and customer service quality.In my experience, this has been one of the worst services I’ve received. The customer interaction is not user-friendly at all.

Title: Good quality viewing experience
Review: With my 5 days use I found Picture and sound quality to be good. Google UI is also smooth and responsive. It seems 3 gb ram is indeed helpful with 32 gb storage. Let’s see its performance after 6 months.
